- Scholarship Offer in Azerbaijan for PhD Students for the academic year 2025-2026.

- The eligibility requirements for this program are:

• The student must be enrolled for the academic year 2024-2025 in a Master's degree, a fifth-year engineering program, or a third-year graduate program at a Higher Education Schools.
• The student must have a TOEFL certificate.
• The student must be among the Major sudents.

- The digital application file (CD) must contain:

1. A copy of the certificate Major
2. Copies of the certificates of enrollment for all five years of the university program.
3. Copies of transcripts for the first four years of the program.
4. The 5 star certificate
5. Copy of TOEFL Certificate

- Application Submission (Application Procedure):

1. Students are invited to submit their digital application file (CD) to their Faculty.
2. Deadline for transmitting the scanned application files (CD) by the Faculties to the Vice Rectorate of External Relations is: April 23, 2025, at 12:00.
