The residential training abroad is a long-term training (over 6 months), it is necessarily backed by international cooperation programs, partnership agreements and international inter-university conventions.

The categories concerned by this training are:

- Teachers in finalization of doctoral thesis.

- students.

- the staff.

There are several forms of long-term internships:

* National Exceptional Program (PNE).

* BAF Exchange ex PROFAS.

* Scientific leave (sabbatical year).

* Doctoral Training Program (Students).

* Other (scholarships offered by organizations, networks or countries).
