Participation Conditions and Regulations

Participation Conditions and Regulations:

  1. Papers must address one of the conference axes or related topics.
  2. Research must be original and unpublished (not previously presented at conferences, published, or derived from prior academic theses/studies).
  3. Abstracts must clearly state the research objectives, problem, and methodology.
  4. Abstracts and full papers will be evaluated by the conference's Scientific Committee.
  5. Full papers must not exceed 15 pages (including footnotes, references, and appendices); footnotes and references should appear at the end.
  6. Papers should use Traditional Arabic font, size 14 for the main text and footnotes; foreign languages in Times New Roman, size 12 for the main text and size 10 for footnotes.
  7. Co-authored papers are not accepted, except for PhD students collaborating with their supervisors.
  8. Papers must not exceed 20 pages in total. (Note: This conflicts with point 5; clarify the intended limit—likely 15 for main content + extras, or resolve the discrepancy.)
  9. Each paper must include an abstract in the language of submission (Arabic or other) and an English abstract.
  10. The first page must include the following details: full name, institutional affiliation, phone number, email address, academic degree and professional rank, chosen axis, and paper title.
