Offer of scholarships under the « MENA Scholarship Programme »

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of an offer of scholarships for short-term training from the Netherlands Embassy in Algiers for the benefit of Algerian professionals under the program «  MENA scholarship programme (M.S.P) » of the Dutch organization for international cooperation in higher education NUFFIC.

This program is structured around short-term training courses in the following specialties: Safety and security, youth entrepreneurship, journalism, human rights, local governance, renewable energy, (maritime) infrastructure, water management , environment, agriculture, dairy and food processing, waste management and small and medium enterprise development.

Candidates interested in this offer must choose a course (M.S.P) and submit their applications directly to the Dutch higher education institutions providing the selected course before March 16, 2023.
