UNESCO-Al Fozan International Prize

- Launching of the call for applications for the 12^th edition 2024 of the UNESCO-Al Fozan International Prize for the promotion of young scientists in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

- Established by the UNESCO Executive council, this prize rewards, every two years, five young talents under the age of 40, from each of the five geographical regions of UNESCO, for their contribution to research, education or cooperation. The laureates will receive 50,000 US dollars to launch their careers and disseminate their ideas more widely.

- Applications can be submitted until April 15, 2025 via the National Commission for Education, Science and Culture or the UNESCO Chairs.
