- This offer containing full scholarships for the benefit of foreign students who wish to complete their higher studies (Master - Doctorate) in various higher education establishments in the Republic of Colombia. It also guarantees foreign students from non-Spanish speaking countries training to strengthen their Spanish language before continuing their postgraduate studies.

- Application procedure:

    1- Interested students can submit their applications for these scholarships online, via the following link: https://web.icetex.gov.co/becas/beca-colombia-extranjeros

              - The deadline for submitting online applications is June 9, 2024.

    2- After submitting the application online, the student must contact the Vice Rectorate of External Relations no later than June 12, 2024, attaching the document of receipt of the online registration as well as a copy of the application file(electronic version), in order to transmit the nominative list of students participating in this scholarship to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as soon as possible.
