  1. Registration is open until February 15, 2026, at the following link: https://www.mfa.gov.bn/Pages/scholarship.aspx , Please note that this offer is only open to candidates under 35 years of age.
  2. After the online applications, the lists of participants in this program must be submitted by the Faculties to the Vice-Rectorate for External Relations no later than February 24, 2026.
