- For the signature of the document Support Letter by MOBILE 25/Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator:

In order to sign the document "Support Letter" by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator, candidates (students + academic and administrative staff) are invited to:

  1. Submit a request for participation at the level of their departments for opinion of the Head of department, then for validation by the Dean of Faculty.
  2. Attach the requests with the document support letter (filled with the required information) and submit them to the Vice Rectorate of External Relations for signature.                                           
  3. Students must add a copy of their school certificate or certificate of enrollment for the current academic year 2025/2026.
