Conditions for Submitting a Paper
Conditions for Submitting a Paper
- The research must be original and academic. It must not have been published (partially or fully), nor has the author published anything similar to it in any electronic or printed medium.
- The research must be submitted exclusively as a Microsoft Word file to the forum's email address.
- It must not exceed 20 pages, including the list of references, footnotes, tables, figures, and images.
- The paper must be accompanied by an abstract of approximately 100 words, along with five (5) keywords, in three languages: Arabic, French, and English.
- The research must be written in correct language, with proper attention to diacritics (tashkeel in Arabic), drawings, figures, and illustrations.
- The paper will be evaluated by two reviewers, and a third reviewer may be consulted in case of disagreement between the first two.
- The researcher will be notified of the initial decision (acceptance or rejection).
How to Prepare the Paper for Publication
- The title of the research should be written in font size 11, centered.
- Include the author's first name and last name (or authors' names).
- Include the scientific institution to which the author belongs and the country.
- Include the abstract in the three languages, each followed by its respective keywords. (The abstract should be presented in short, precise, and clear sentences, including the main research problem, the methods used to investigate it, and the results reached by the research.)
Superscript numbers in parentheses are used for citations within the text of the paper, and the corresponding number and reference appear at the end of the paper. References are numbered sequentially in the reference list and arranged alphabetically by the author's name, as follows:
a. For a book: Author's name (or authors), book title, publisher's name and country of publication, year of publication. b. For an article in a journal: Researcher's name (or researchers), article title, journal name, volume number, issue number, page range, year of publication. c. For a master's thesis or doctoral dissertation: Author's name, title (italicized, followed by "Master's thesis" or "Doctoral dissertation" in parentheses), university name, year. d. For a bulletin or official statistics issued by an official body: Name of the body, report title, page range, year of publication.
The paper must be formatted on A5-size paper (approximately 24 × 16 cm), with the following font specifications:
For papers in Arabic: Font type: Simplified Arabic
- Size 11 Bold for the main title
- Size 11 Bold for subheadings
- Size 11 Regular for the body text
- Size 10 Regular for the abstract, footnotes, tables, figures, and images
For papers in French or English: Font type: Times New Roman
- Size 11 Bold for the main title
- Size 10 Bold for subheadings
- Size 10 Regular for the body text
- Size 11 Regular for the abstract, footnotes, tables, figures, and images
Use single line spacing, with the following margins:
- Right: 1.5 cm
- Bottom: 0.5 cm
- Top: 0.5 cm
- Left: 1.5 cm
- Gutter (binding): 1 cm
This version corrects issues such as:
- Verb tense inconsistencies (e.g., "has the author published" → proper present perfect).
- Awkward structures (e.g., "sent formatted as" → "submitted exclusively as").
- Redundancy and clarity (e.g., "along with five (5) keywords" → kept but smoothed).
- Inconsistent capitalization and punctuation in lists.
- Minor word choices (e.g., "Gras" → "Bold"; "intervention" kept as is, assuming it's a specific term like "paper/intervention").
- Formatting consistency in reference examples (e.g., added "in parentheses" for thesis type clarity, as it's common and fits the intent).
