Call for applications for the UNESCO-Russia Mendeleïev International Prize in Basic Sciences

 

 

 

- This award aims to recognize major achievements in the field of research, education and international cooperation in the field of fundamental sciences for sustainable development.

- It is awarded each year to two winners for their achievements that promote socio-economic transformation and development on a global or regional scale, rewarding:

  1. excellence in research in the basic sciences fields;
  2. basic sciences education and popularization;
  3. international or regional cooperation in the basic sciences.

- All applications must be submitted online via a dedicated template available at https://www.unesco.org/fr/prizes/mendeleev/nomination-process , in English or French.
