Call for Applications for the 2026-2027 Scholarship in Russia

- Call for applications for the Russian Government Scholarship for the 2026-2027 academic year.

- This program is exclusively for students enrolled in the final year of a Master's (M2) or Engineering (I5) and wishing to pursue doctoral studies in Russia.

- A maximum of two (2) students, for each research discipline.

• Quantum Physics
• Artificial Intelligence
• Cybersecurity
• Nanotechnology
• Autonomous Systems
• Arts

- The application file includes (digital file CD):

1. Application form (template to download)
2. Copy of the baccalaureate transcript
3. Certificates of enrollment/re-enrollment for all 5 years of university studies
4. Transcripts for the first 4 years of study (L1/I1, L2/I2, L3/I3, M1/I4 for universities or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for higher education institutions)
5. Certificate of the candidate's ranking (in relation to their class) (template to download)
6. Certificate of the student's star rating (template to download)

- Application procedure:

1. Students are invited to submit their application files (digital CD) to the departments/Faculties
2. Deadline for the transmission of digital files (CD) from the faculties to the Vice Rectorate of External Relations is: Monday, November 10.
