As part of the activities of the national Erasmus +office (NEO, Algeria) with the collaboration of the Department of Cooperation and Interuniversity Exchange of the MESRS, Mr. Wenceslao MARTIN ROSALEZ of the University of Granada of Spain will make a visit to the Université 8 mai 1945 Guelma on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 .
